We would like to introduce a case study of the automatic pH neutralization system we delivered. We received an inquiry from a design office that wanted to neutralize experimental wastewater generated due to new construction. The client was a university in the Chubu region, and they requested treatment for wastewater resulting from experiments related to cement and concrete. Since they were looking for a compact and simple device, we designed it to complete the neutralization in a single tank. Because we were able to hold meetings before the new construction work began, the foundation (concrete) was prepared perfectly, and the handover of operations from the design company went smoothly. Our company has a system in place that allows for appropriate proposals and the realization of our customers' "wants" through collaboration between sales and design. Neutralization treatment without using a mixer through circulation operation! A case of manufacturing a neutralization device tailored to the user.

We received an inquiry from a paint factory in Kumamoto Prefecture asking if a custom-made neutralization device could be produced. We would like to introduce a case where we delivered an "automatic pH neutralization device." The order was placed due to the evaluation of our ability to meet all requirements, such as not using a stirrer for the mixing of the neutralization device and operating according to the level sensor of the neutralization tank.
